Would it be better for us to call you only when we are having issues with the insurance company?

Honestly speaking, the insurance is not going to be there documenting everything you should be owed for. From the start you are losing out on what you are owed. Without us guiding the claim process and providing the carrier with all the documentation it will be a longer and harder process once you start having problems.

Should I use the insurance companies preferred vendors?
